29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: Salt Creek Boardwalk just past the ramped portion of the walking/working surface made of timbers: On May 14, 2025 and at times prior thereto, a piece of plywood covering a gap in the timber was damaged with chunks missing and warping. This condition potentially exposed employees to falls.
