29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about May 12, 2025, and at times prior thereto, in the Bushing Grind and Ream area of the warehouse; employees were operating a press machine without a guard in place around the point of operation. Dorman Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628987, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1811 W Arkansas St, Durant, OK 74701.
