29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(iv): The employer did not ensure that wheels or casters under load are capable of supporting their proportional share of four times the maximum intended load, plus their proportional share of the unit's weight. On or about May 14, 2025, the grey EGA Products, Inc. mobile ladder stand used by employees had a missing footing making it unstable, exposing employees to fall hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 1904.19(c).
