29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) 2290 Park Walke Drive; Alpharetta, GA, 30009: On or about May 15, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that extension cords used to power tools such as drills and circular saws were not protected from damage and were run across rocks, in foot traffic and in material handling areas.
