(b) On or about May 13, 2025, employees doing roofing work on the roof of a single family residential property where employee utilizing a ladder that did not extend 3-feet above the landing on the North end of the property. (c) On or about May 13, 2025, employees doing roofing work on the roof of a single family residential property where employee utilizing a ladder that did not extend 3-feet above the landing on the South end of the property.
