29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location - 400 Staples Drive, Framingham, MA 01702. On or about May 15, 2025, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when they climbed through a fourth floor window onto a site built material/debris box lifted on the forks of a powered industrial truck that did not have guardrails or other fall protection.
