Powermatic drill press, Model 1200, serial #320V405 in the Material Fabrication area. 2. Powermatic drill press, Model 160A, serial #8215V388 in the Material Fabrication area. 3. Powermatic drill press, Model 1200, serial #7920V311 in the Material Fabrication area.

29 CFR 1910.243(c)(3):Abrasive wheels used on vertical portable grinder(s) (right angle head grinders) were not provided with safety guard(s) having a maximum exposure angle of 180 degrees and located between the operator and wheel: On or about May 15, 2025, employees were being exposed to struck by hazards due to the employees not having access to the guards when operating handheld grinders. This hazard was observed at several work stations in the facility to include: 1. Saw Location 2. West shop Drill Press area 3. repair desk location.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There was a defect or evidence of damage that could have exposed an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service: On or about May 15, 2025, employees were being exposed to shock hazards in that the power supply cord outer sleeve had pulled away exposing the connection wiring at the plug connection as well as the termination point of the Powermatic drill press, Model 160A, serial #8215V388, 110 Volts in the Material Fabrication area.
