29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) Location: 1004 Hyde Park Blvd, HYDE PARK, Ma 02136 On May 19, 2025, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 20 feet to the ground while working on a residential roof where proper fall protection was not utilized. There was a situation of imminent danger while the employees backs were near the edge of the roof while installing these panels, a fall could cause death or permanent bodily harm.
