Cross braces were used as a means of access: Location: 1900 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY a) On or about June 4, 2025, employees working from a fabricated from scaffold on the north side of the building used cross braces and end frames as a means to access upper working levels exposing them to fall hazards up to approximately 12 feet.

Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 15' to the pavement below.
