29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Assembly: The Molex Model 63801-7200 was not adequately guarded exposing the operator to an amputation hazard when accessing the point of operation during lugging wire operations. On 5-15-25, an employees suffered a finger tip amputation when a adjusting a wire piece at the point of operation and the machine cycled.
