On or about May 13, 2025 and at times prior thereto, on the roof of residential building 11, employees were carrying plywood boards, tools and other objects while climbing ladders to gain access to the roof of the building.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about May 13, 2025 and at times prior thereto, on the roof of residential building 11, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing roofing work activities from a roof that was more than six(6) feet in height. Ramfu Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1731661, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/13/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8528 E 95th St., Tulsa, OK 74133.
