29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At 14806 Fraise, Florissant, MO, 63034, on May 14, 2025, Employees were exposed to fall hazards due to working above 6 feet while not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, not were employees provided with an alternative fall protective measure.    The Eduardo Valle as D & C Installs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1, citation number 2,  and was affirmed as a final order on February 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 606 Lynn Haven Ln, Hazelwood, Mo 63042.  The Eduardo Valle as D & C Installs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1, citation number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1705 Fairmount, Florissant, MO 63033.
