29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1. a) 1200 N Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA 18103, 2nd Floor of Parking Garage - On or about May 20, 2025, employees performing parking lot joint seam replacement did not implement engineering controls as specified for the task on Table 1. Engineering controls include use of integrated water delivery systems on walk behind saws and dust collection shrouds on rotary hammer drills. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
