29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered. a. On or about May 11, 2025, an employees was operating a powered industrial vehicle to handle metal tire racks that were stacked and became unstable. The employer did not restrict co-workers from working within the fall zone of the load(s). As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
