29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) In the shop area on the site located at 5996 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL : On or about 05/20/2025, the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards, in that, the emergency exit in the shop area was blocked. The Bridgestone Americas, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1733374, citation number 1, item number and was 1 affirmed as a final order on 08/14/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1800 Coalton Road, Superior, CO 80027.
