29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work and operate equipment in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work.   On or about May 9, 2025, employees engaged in concrete pouring activities as part of a municipal construction project located at 198 - 118 E. 3rd Street, Clarkson, NE 68629, were exposed to electrocution hazards in that the employees were working directly adjacent to the concrete pump truck  that was in contact with the 7,200-volt overhead powerline.
