29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a) On or about  May 21, 2025, at jobsite location 1500 Avenue R, Riviera Beach FL 33404, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard when using a table saw that did not have a guard on the cutting blade.

29 CFR  1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator:   a) On or about  May 21, 2025, at jobsite location 1500 Avenue R, Riviera Beach FL 33404, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard when using a table saw that did not have a kickback device so located to prevent the saw from picking up the material or to throw it back toward the operator.
