Employees at 101 Kindleberger Rd. Kansas City, Kansas, using Gardabond A3024 A, a corrosive chemical were exposed to illnesses/injury from chemical hazards. Employees were not provided suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes in the immediate work area for emergency use.
