For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer shall fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.  At a worksite located at 7704 Troost, Kansas City, Missouri. An employee was exposed to a large dust cloud presenting hazards of respirable crystalline silica, the employee was exposed to airborne hazards of respirable crystalline silica when using a Husqvarna FS 400 LV to cut  holes into the concrete driveway, for under four hours, outdoors, without an integrated water delivery system or dust collection system.
