29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. On or about May 21, 2025, employees working in the assembly area, fabricating a "Referb unit" from the ground were exposed to a potential head injury from falling objects when an employee was working on top of the unit; the employer did not ensure each employee exposed to a head injury from falling objects was wearing a protective helmet.
