The employees were conducting roofing operations and were exposed to the hazard of falling greater than 20 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record. On or about 5/22/2025, the employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record each employee who were engaged in roofing operations 6ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels. The employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury while at the job site located at the 323 Taylor Road in Hazelwood, MO. The employees were conducting roofing operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than twenty (20) feet.
