Employee(s) were exposed to electrical shock hazards. A flexible electrical cords insulation was not contained within the female plug as required by this subpart. The electrical cord was part of an installation on the Hyundai 70D-7A forklift being used to provide 110 Volt power to charge/power portable tools.
