29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  At 5279 Hidden Pine Circle, Lot 5A Hidden Pines, Milton, Florida:  On May 22, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 9 inches to the ground below.  The Josue Vasquez dba Josue Vasquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797643, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 20, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1831 Sunset Maple Road, Lot 33B Pecan Valley, Cantonment, Florida and in OSHA inspection number 1809233, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1862 Hazelnut Drive, Lot 47 B Pecan Valley, Cantonment, Florida.
