29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 14178 Sable Palm Way, Bldg. 193 - 198 Lost Key, Pensacola, Florida: On May 22, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform siding activities from a pump jack scaffold without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 21 feet 11 inches to the ground below.
