29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) North Parking Lot: On or about April 1, 2025, and dates prior, the employer did ensure the employee parking lot and walkway leading to the north office entrance was properly maintained to reduce or eliminate the presence of ice buildup during Winter and Spring months.
