29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) On or about May 22, 2025, and at times prior, at 1972 Hidden Lake Dr. Lot 125 Opelika, AL.  Employees were performing roofing operation on the front left side of the house, at a height of over 6 feet to the ground, no fall protection was being used.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them.  a) On or about May 22, 2025, and at times prior, at 1972 Hidden Lake Dr. Lot 125 Opelika, AL.  Employees were performing roofing activities on the front left side of the house, at a height of over 6 feet to the ground, without first being trained on fall protection and how its to be worn.
