29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about May 23, 2025, employees engaged in residential roofing operations on the job site located at 16050 Cary Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68136, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not provide the employees training on information to include but not limited to: the hazards associated with working at elevations over 6 feet, inspecting fall protection equipment before use and recognition of potentially hazardous fall conditions prior to exposing the employees to heights over 10 feet.
