29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  The employer failed to protect employees from the hazards of falls, stuck-by, and crushing injuries at the job site located at or near 707 W.  5th St. - North Platte, Nebraska.  The employer failed to ensuring that employees working at heights exceeding six (6) feet above a lower level by ensuring the use of appropriate fall protection systems. On or about May 21, 2025, three employees, removing stucco while standing on a wood frame porch roof of a fourplex, fell approximately 10 feet to the ground when the porch roof collapsed. The three employees working on the porch roof were not protected by any type of fall arrest system. Five employees working on the jobsite were treated for injuries.
