29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about May 23, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing commercial roofing operations eighteen (18) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b) On or about May 23, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing commercial roofing operations twelve (12) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
