29 CFR  1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm:  a) At the jobsite located at 6100 Florida Ave S Lakeland, Florida 33813: On or about May 15, 2025, an employee inside the cabin of an ambulance was exposed to 1013.7 ppm of carbon monoxide (CO) over a 240-minute period, based on carboxyhemoglobin level in the employee's blood.  This is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA exposure of 506.9 ppm, which represents 10.14 times the OSHA-PEL of 50 ppm.
