29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a) Building 98 First Floor; On or about May 14, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8-feet and greater to the lower ground level, in that a scaffold provided to employees engaged in masonry duties was not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before the work shift.
