29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. a) On or about 08/27/2025, the employer failed to submit documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for the following citations items issued on 06/05/2025 with an abatement due date on 07/24/2025: 1-1. Lot #25: On 05/16/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing trusses, in that the employer is not performing annual inspections of the crane by a competent person and did not inspect the crane and related equipment for deficiencies prior to the start of operations on site. No annual inspection was performed on the Altec Crane Model AC38-103. 1-2. Ground level, Lot #25: On 05/22/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing roof trusses with a truck-mounted crane, in that the crane operator was not certified or licensed to operate the Altec Crane Model AC38-103.
