29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) Lot #25, 2nd floor and 2nd floor top plate: On 05/22/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protection eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 120 PSI.  Northside Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1649313, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2613 Limestone Creek Drive Lot #39 Gainesville, Georgia 30501.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) 2nd floor, Lot #25: On 05/22/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, of approximately 13-feet to the ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees while installing roof trusses.  b) 2nd floor, top plate, Lot #25: On 05/22/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, of approximately 20-feet to the ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees while installing roof trusses.  Northside Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1649313, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2613 Limestone Creek Drive Lot #39 Gainesville, Georgia 30501.
