29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): Materials stored in tiers were not stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse: a) 541 Park City Center Lancaster, PA: On or about May 21, 2025, a Jescraft Drywall Cart was utilized to transport and store 27 sheets of 4ft x 8ft stainless steel sheet metal. The material was not properly distributed on the cart, leading to an imbalanced load. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
