On or about May 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing framing carpentry operations, eleven (11) feet nine (9) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. b. On or about May 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing framing carpentry operations, eight (8) feet one (1) inch above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. On or about May 27, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer failed to ensure that employees were adequately trained to recognize and minimize fall hazards, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with falls.
