29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) New Seemsville Rd and Bernie Way Northampton, PA - Northampton Elementary School and Education Center - On or about May 27, 2025, adequate worksite exams weren't conducted by a competent person. JLK Contracting, Inc. employees were performing roofing work on a two story commercial structure approximately 30 feet above the lower surface and were not protected from falling from the peak/ gable ends of the pitched roof.
