29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a) 362 - 370 NJ 33 West, Building 3, Manalapan NJ:  Company worksite workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet 1 inch to the ground surface,  when working/walking at and near the unprotected openings of a tubular welded framed supported scaffold's end frames that were not supplied with guardrails and whose working/walking surface was not supplied with midrails. Observed on or about 05/27/25.  NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
