29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing and labeling. a) First electrical panel in hallway; On or about May 28, 2025 and times prior, employees were working in a kitchen preparing food on tables that were located under an open electrical panel box. Employees were exposed to hazards such as electrical shock and burns. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage: a) Exit hallway across from freezer; On or about May 28, 2025 and times prior, employees were working in the kitchen preparing and serving food. The hallway, where the electrical panels were installed, was used as a temporary storage space for carts and a food prep table exposing employees to potential electrical hazards such as electrical burns or shock. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
