29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: (a) 360 South Belmont Street, York PA - On or about May 19, 2025 employee(s) operating and working at Line #8 at or near the cutting apron were exposed to rotating parts and ingoing nip points caused by rollers under the line when spraying and/or otherwise cleaning them. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
