29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) (a) Back Storage Area: On or about, 5/21/25, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that the employer did not remove the Hyster motorized powered pallet jack from service and cover the exposed electrical wires when employees were using the equipment to move product throughout the store.
