29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: 320 Industrial Road, Leominster, MA: On or about May 28, 2025, employees were engaged in roofing activities on a low slope roof with unprotected sides and edges greater than 6 feet to the next lower level, and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or flagging and monitoring systems. Rockwell Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1752031, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 140 Lynnway, Revere, MA.
