29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): A program was not provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person designated by the employer: a) Job site, 50 26th Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about May 23, 2025 during shoring assembly activities, the employer did not ensure a competent person was appropriately monitoring the site for safety and health matters, resulting in guardrails being installed incorrectly near a corner of the building.
