29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i): For establishments with 20-249 employees in a designated industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form:  a) DB & S Lumber 78 Accord Park Dr, Norwell:  On or about 4/2/2025, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A or equivalent for calendar year 2024 by March 2, 2025.
