29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(ix):Outriggers were not used when required to handle a load at a given radius Location: Legion Memorial Field Weymouth MA. On May 29, 2025 an employee did not extend the outriggers completely to stabilize the crane under the load of the counterweights prior to slewing the crane and causing it to tip over.
