Wahlberg Limited Inc. 41.58466� N, 79.24118�East Hickory, PA 16321 : On or about 5/7/2025 and at times prior thereto; an employee did not keep a safe distance from a danger tree while performing logging operations. The danger tree was partially cut and standing when the employee began cutting an adjacent tree within one tree length away.
