29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2) though (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they start each job: a) At various jobsites serviced by the company, on or about May 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, the job briefing did not identify the requirement for employees to wear protective sleeves while working within the minimum approach distance and directly with energized power lines.
