29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) On May 30, 2025, employees working from a pump-jack scaffold on the north side of the structure were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 14.2 feet.  a) On May 30, 2025, employees working from a pump-jack scaffold on the east side of the structure were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 15.85 feet.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On May 30, 2025, employees engaged in siding work were not protected from fall hazards while working at elevations approximately 12.2 feet above the ground.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
