29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about May 30, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing carpentry activities from an JLG 460SJ Telescopic Boom Lift was not using a personal fall arrest system. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with a fall of approximately twenty two (22') feet and three (3) inches.
