29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: Fire extinguishers located throughout the facility were not inspected at least monthly, in the following instances: a) Fire extinguisher in the office near the restroom. b) Fire extinguisher in training storage area. c) Fire extinguisher at the entrance to the spare parts area. d) Fire extinguisher in the warehouse Kardex Remstar, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1796574, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 41 Eisenhower Drive, Westbrook, Maine 04092.
