29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Residential Site: On or about 5/22/25, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a fall protection system was not used while employees were performing siding activity on the scaffold at a height approximately 11ft from the ground.
